Branding & Design

From bold large-scale displays to finely crafted stationery, my print and branding work blends creative vision with technical precision. I understand how to bring a concept to life - from the first sketch to the final printed pieces - ensuring every file is set up to meet the demands of production, whether it's four color process, large format, or specialty finishes like foil stamping and embossing.
This collection spans a wide range of formats: catalogs, packaging, logos, invitations, editorial layouts and more - each thoughtfully crafted to reflect a brand's unique voice. My background also includes hands-on production experience, giving me a practical understanding of how design translates from screen to tangible form.

Large Format
Designing big means thinking bold. Trade show walls, banners, and signage don't just need to look good - they need to shout (in a stylish way). Every choice has to work at a distance and reward a closer look with thoughtful detail and brand consistency.
I love working in large format because it's a chance to stop someone in their tracks. A compelling image pulls them in, and the layout does the rest - leading the eye, delivering key info, and leaving a lasting impression. It's design on a grand scale, and I enjoy every square inch of it.
Printed Communications
Good design meets people where they are. Whether it's a detailed product catalog, a nonprofit newsletter, or a neighborhood bakery menu, every piece in this section is designed to communicate clearly and stay on brand. From polished layouts to practical tools, I focus on creating materials that are easy to navigate as they are visually engaging - helping each message land with purpose
and polish.
While much of this work was
created independently - developing
content, structure, and design on
my own - I look forward to future
opportunities where collaboration
and creative exchange can elevate
the process even further.

Packaging & Display Design
Packaging is where function and first impressions meet. From custom boxes and hangtags to instructional inserts and retail displays, I design packaging systems that support the brand and guide the customer. Whether it's a fully mocked-up shelf display, a cost saving alternative to rigid packaging, or a tiny set of folded instructions that fits into the palm of your hand, I think through every layer of the experience -from how it looks, to how it works.
Many of these projects were
produced overseas - navigating
time zones, language barriers, and
shifting production timelines. I
had to be clear, adaptable, and
detail-oriented. It taught me how
to manage complexity under
pressure and reinforced the
importance of clear direction
from design through delivery.

Visual Branding
in Action
This section highlights visual identity in action - logos, labels, event branding, merchandise, and more. From fundraisers and galas to product launches and community programs, I've created cohesive brand systems that extend across print and physical materials. Some pieces, like hand drawn band posters and early merch, were created before digital tools were the norm - reminders of my analog roots and love for design at every scale. Whether building a look for scratch or translating it across invitations, signage, or swag, I bring both strategy and craft to every detail.
Celebration Design
From wedding suites, event invitations and more, this section highlights pieces created to celebrate life's most meaningful moments. These projects often required more than just design - I worked closely with clients (often brides and their mothers) to balance differing visions, emotional expectations, and strict budgets. My goal was always to keep the process smooth, collaborative, and creative - guiding everyone toward a final product they would love. Many of these pieces were printed and assembled by hand, with details like layered textures, ribbon ties, and specialty finishes adding a sense of care and craft to each one.
