Photo Editing

Finding the right image is about more than aesthetics - it's about capturing the feeling that makes a concept come alive. Wether it's a particular model, the quality of light, or a moment of visual energy, I know how to recognize 'the one.' In many cases, I've worked without the luxury of custom photoshoots, so advanced photo editing has been essential to achieving high-impact visuals. I specialize in transforming available assets (matching light, tone, and perspective) to create seamless, compelling imagery that feels intentional and on brand.

AI Photo Editing

The creative industry is evolving faster than we ever imagined - and AI is at the center of that transformation. I'm currently integrating AI into my photo editing process, exploring its potential to generate highly specific, brand-aligned imagery when traditional resources fall short. While still in the early stages, I see this as a powerful tool for precision and efficiency in visual storytelling. The learning curve is steep - and shifting constantly - but I'm committed to staying at the forefront. No matter the method, visual realism remains my foundation.

Food Photography

My relationship with food is deeply personal - rooted in my love of cooking, learning about different cultures through what they eat, and a belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to connect. For me, photographing food is about more than simply what is on the plate. It's about evoking a mood, telling a story, about honoring the hands and histories behind each dish.

I began my journey into food photography while writing a blog for the Savannah Morning News, which would later lead to some freelance work for travel publications and a chance to shoot for Madrid Fusion Mexico while living in San Miguel de Allende. While many of my food shoots have been passion-driven, I approach them with a professional eye and a food stylist's sensibility - carefully considering color, composition, and emotional resonance to create images that feel as delicious as they look.

Art & Travel Photography

A personal pursuit driven by curiosity and the deep desire to capture the world around me. From photographing vibrant crabs on deserted cayes in the Turks and Caicos, to capturing twisted old growth vines in Napa, stormy shores in Bali, and bustling marketplaces around the globe, I've used my lens to document the textures and rhythms of the places I've wandered. These image are less about perfection and more about presence - simple, fleeting moments suspended in time.

Bite of Bosco

While living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico I got to see some fantastic art created by Mexican artist Bosco Sodi. I especially loved his huge three dimensional pieces that incorporate raw pigments, sawdust, wood pulp, natural fibers, and glue. Time is the creator of these works as much as the artist. As the mixtures dry out they create otherworldly textured finished products. This is my whimsical food-centric interpretation.
